Arrivals & Departures: Since all bookings are handled on an individual, case by case basis, and everything has been pre-arranged to accommodate your flight/travel schedule and your stay; we like to differentiate ourselves from other lodging establishments and just say, “Your arrival time is when you get here, and your departure time is when you choose to leave.”
Smoking: The Lodge at Spruce Creek is a “Smoke and Drug Free” environment. Due to risk of fire, smoking is only permitted in certain designated outdoor areas.
Pets: Due to the wildlife (i.e. coyotes), and our allergies, we regretfully have to state that we cannot accommodate any guest pets.
Children: We welcome children of all ages at The Lodge at Spruce Creek. Please be aware though, that the Lodge is not “baby proofed” and we do have stairs.
Minimum Stays: All Rates are subject to Minimum Length of Stay (MLOS) requirements, that is three night and five night packages.
Reservations: Since all of our guests are inherently different, we encourage you to call us (970-625-4396) regarding your 3-Night and 5-Night Stays. This will help us make sure that you will be able to experience “Your Destination Your Way”. For instance, if you do want to participate in “off campus” activities, it is best to plan/schedule these in advance. Also this gives us a chance to try and cater not only to your menu requests but to your activity desires.
Rates: All rates include overnight accommodations, meals and “on campus” activities.
Deposit/Cancellation Policy: A deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking. A credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express) or wire transfer may be used for a deposit payment. Final payment is due before arrival. Deposits are refundable if the reservation is canceled more than 45 days prior to the arrival date.
